## Responsibilities

  
- Evaluates new end-user credit opportunities, identifies risks, and determines mitigating factors
  
- Consults with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and provides product expertise to deliver optimal client solutions
  
- Underwrites new transactions, analyzes credit risk, negotiates and closes deals in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  
- Structures lease/loan terms, including pricing, rates, payment schedules, term, and collateral
  
- Manages the credit process for a portfolio of clients, including financial statement review, covenant compliance assessment, risk rating accuracy, and recommending changes as needed
  
- Leads underwriting of secured and unsecured transactions for Commercial Real Estate clients, including construction and term debt, tax credit equity investments, revolvers, bridge financing, warehouse lines, and subscription lines
  
- Performs due diligence, prepares approval documents, obtains timely loan approvals, and participates in loan closings
  
- Collaborates with clients, relationship teams, and product partners to facilitate timely and client-centric loan closings
  
- Leads end-to-end processes for loan modifications and extensions, including structuring, due diligence, approval, and closing
  
- Completes Scheduled Exposure Reviews (SERs) and Risk Rating Scorecards for adversely rated loans and presents SERs at quarterly meetings

## Required Qualifications

  
- 1–3 years in a Commercial Real Estate credit-related role with risk assessment experience
  
- Loan structuring, financial analysis, underwriting, and deal structuring for borrowers
  
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and negotiate third-party documentation
  
- Ability to identify trends and emerging risks in underwriting and client selection
  
- Strong knowledge of loan and collateral documentation
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

## Desired Qualifications

  
- 5+ years in a Commercial Real Estate credit role
  
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

## Pay and Benefits Information

Pay range: $103,000.00 - $141,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible: This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on overall individual performance results, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the Company.
