## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Assist in the preparation of and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8, including researching potential new brands and concepts for the mall.
  
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, including data gathering on competitor malls.
  
- Support the updating and maintenance of leasing floor plans.
  
- Assist with tenant coordination and administrative matters, such as liaising with tenants on Public Liability Insurance and Audited Sales Reports.
  
- Coordinate and support meetings or calls with tenants, including taking meeting minutes where required.
  
- Assist with financial analysis of tenants’ sales data.
  
- Support other day-to-day administrative or ad-hoc duties related to tenant management.

### Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or any related disciplines.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  
- Basic knowledge of real estate principles.
  
- Strong numerical skills are an advantage.
  
- Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry.
