Participants receive mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft-skill training, networking opportunities, and immersion in Blackstone’s culture. ## Group placements Blackstone Infrastructure Partners is seeking 2027 Summer Analysts to join the following groups: - Private Equity Infrastructure Investment - Private Equity Infrastructure Asset Management ## Private Equity Infrastructure Investment Blackstone’s Private Equity Infrastructure Group offers Summer Analysts the chance to engage in direct asset acquisitions across diverse sectors. The program blends investment banking financial skills with management consulting strategic thinking. Analysts participate in all project aspects, often on multiple assignments, and take on integral roles on deal teams. They are involved in development, structuring, and financing of transactions, and regularly attend internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions. ### Summer Analyst work may include: - Financial analysis and modeling - Investment research - Competitive analysis - Assistance in transaction execution - Drafting memoranda for internal and external use ## Private Equity Infrastructure Asset Management The Asset Management team conceives, executes, and advises on major investment and corporate initiatives across the Infrastructure business. The team’s dual mandate is to maximize the value of Blackstone’s infrastructure investments and to build, grow, and sustain world-class businesses, while supporting Blackstone funds and serving as a content expert to Limited Partners and other parts of the Firm. The Asset Management Summer Analyst will engage with BIP’s broad portfolio across various sectors and collaborate with the BIP deal team and portfolio company senior management. The role focuses on post-acquisition transactions, portfolio strategy, and value-enhancement initiatives. Analysts will regularly attend internal meetings, business reviews, and strategy sessions. ### Summer Analyst work may include: - Financial analysis and modeling - Monitoring KPI trends across the portfolio - Optimizing reporting processes across the portfolio - Supporting development of strategy and operational plans - Developing key thematic views and sector theses - Assistance in portfolio M&A transactions - Drafting memoranda for internal and external use ## Qualifications Blackstone seeks individuals who work well in a team-driven environment, are highly motivated, intelligent, and possess sound judgment with a track record of excellence.
