Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development, and rigorous credit standards. The position is responsible for handling sales support, administration, and training related tasks for Tele sales, Loan Officers, and Direct Sales agents. It also involves developing, evaluating, and enhancing operations and control procedures for loan business to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, and ensuring sales activities and operational procedures comply with internal and external regulations and policies. ## Responsibilities ### Sales Support and Control & Compliance - Work closely with the sales team to improve the quality of customer service. - Assist in monitoring team performance to deliver quality programs that increase customer satisfaction. - Deliver day-to-day regular business reports, sales productivity reports, and MIS for management review. - Handle all administrative tasks including documentation handling, office appearance maintenance, attendance records, and stationery ordering for each individual team within the department. - Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure operational efficiency and service quality meeting customer satisfaction and requirements. - Assist the team leader/manager in ensuring operations and sales activities comply with external regulatory codes and internal policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
