## Overview

As a market leader in the consumer banking business, DBS offers a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards and personal loans, to support customers at every life stage.

## Responsibilities

  
- Actively promote credit cards or other banking products to achieve sales targets. Promotion locations include:
    

      
- Designated corporate offices referred by Product & Marketing or management
      
- On-site roadshows at designated locations
      
- Bank branches
    

  
  
- Assist customers in applying for credit cards via Card + Channel/designated devices, and advise on required documentation.
  
- Explain credit card features or other banking products/services to potential customers.
  
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
  
- Ensure efficient end-to-end application processes.
  
- Conduct sales activities in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

## Education & Professional Qualifications

  
- Secondary education (HKCEE/HKDSE) or equivalent
  
- At least one year of experience in banking or financial institutions; sales or customer service experience is preferred
  
- Proactive, persistent, with sales talent
  
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  
- Good awareness of compliance and company guidelines
  
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  
- Professional Banker qualification from The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers is preferred
