Our technology starts with you. ## Your Role You are responsible to assist Product Engineers in EWS testing and wafer probing operations. - Support day-to-day line sustaining activities through real-time problem analysis and implement real-time solutions (e.g., test setup, data collection, and basic engineering analysis) - Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the PE supervisors to achieve the overall committed KPI targets - Work with test equipment, probers, and semiconductor testers and troubleshoot basic test issues and escalate when required - Maintain proper documentation and reporting of test results and procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support production activities based on need and priority - Assist in the qualification of new product introduction transfers ## School Project Proposal - Data-driven test analysis and automation of manual wafer-inking dispositions ## Your Skills & Experiences - Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, AI Engineering, or related field - Team player with good communication skills - Willing to learn, proactive, and hands-on attitude - Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Office, data handling) ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
