In this Onboarding Analyst role, you’ll be part of a team committed to consistently delivering an outstanding contribution to the CACIB global Onboarding process, through the pursuit of Operational Excellence. ## Key Responsibilities - Provision of Regulatory Onboarding solutions focused on business-as-usual, pre-trade elements, across: - KYC & Regulatory Onboarding - KYC Periodic Review - Change Management - Project involvement - Operational Integrity – Ensuring service delivery is balanced with robust operational integrity, managing core Onboarding-related lifecycle issues, including: - Periodic KYC Review - Delivery of associated regulatory remediation topics - Managing all necessary portfolio and Relationship Management controls - Implementation of Filiere Tiers/FS-driven initiatives - Rolling programme of wider continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and integrity ## Onboarding Knowledge - Maximise adoption of Onboarding best practices through constant interaction with clients, peers, and industry bodies - Establish and maintain strong knowledge of regional Onboarding practices and regulatory requirements - Representation in all relevant regulatory adherence meetings and committees ## Project Management Manage and deliver a variety of projects related to regulatory development and continuous improvement of the core service offering, using Lean and Agile project methodology where appropriate to the target solution. ## Supplementary Information Join Crédit Agricole CIB, the corporate and investment banking arm of one of the world's largest banking groups.
