## Position Overview

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, share product knowledge and solutions, and introduce them to our team of experts to help clients achieve their financial goals.

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
  
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
  
- Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere, and however they choose.
  
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions—introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
  
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

- Ability to elevate the client experience—working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
  
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
  
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
  
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  
- Cash handling experience.
