Join us as a Multinational Producing Office Coordinator to contribute to that transformation. It’s an opportunity to grow your skills as a valued member of the team. ## How you will create an impact This is a client and external broker facing role, providing day-to-day servicing and multinational technical support on an assigned portfolio in support of the Multinational Client Executive and Product Underwriter. This role supports all major Multinational lines of business. - Proactively manage post-bind activities including monitoring of program implementation, tracking performance and communicating with brokers and clients. - Provide multinational subject matter expertise and be an escalation point to support colleagues regarding multinational program design, territorial information, and multinational-related problem solving as required. - Promote and drive the adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process, ensuring all parties understand and commit to roles, responsibilities and timelines to provide elevated service and contract certainty. - Assist with the drafting and collection of facultative reinsurance documentation where required, ensuring adherence to AIG protocols and guidelines. - Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on the operational process and information requirements for reinsurance placements on multinational programs. ## What you’ll need to succeed - Commercial insurance experience is advantageous, preferably in client servicing (broker or company background). - Experience working with multinational corporations is advantageous. - Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge to implement those improvements. - Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work on own initiative, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities with good time management to meet deadlines. ## Our Culture, Benefits & Inclusion Ready to take your career to the next level?
