We’re not just looking to fill open positions—we seek outgoing, passionate people who really want to be a part of this reimagined banking experience. ## Responsibilities - Provide friendly, engaging service and connect with customers, whether assisting with technology challenges, casual conversations, or showcasing available services and products. - Help determine personal and business financial needs to reduce customer financial anxiety and connect customers with experts as needed. - Ensure compliance with audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with bank policy and federal regulations. - Support customers across all branch activities, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate within the branch based on customer needs. - Enhance the overall retail customer experience by reducing handoffs and acting as an expert in the branch. - Be curious and eager to learn about Capital One’s products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals. - Be digitally savvy and demonstrate how to navigate mobile and online experiences using branch laptops and iPads; educate customers on other banking channels and products. - Work as part of a team of banking professionals, inspiring teammates to deliver excellent service. - Research and answer customer inquiries to improve retention and engagement, utilizing various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions. - Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market you’re assigned. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked. New York, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 for Branch Ambassador. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary offered at hire will be reflected in the offer letter.
