Our mission is clear: help people invest better so they can live easier today, and better tomorrow. ### About the team The BDP team is responsible for the following key areas: B2B strategic projects, corporate wellness partnerships with HR teams, startups, B2B partnerships with organisations/associations/affiliates, Endowus Gives Back (social impact), and corporate engagement events. The team currently comprises five members with experience in management consulting, banking, venture capital, fund management, and wealth management. ### Job Description - **Corporate Wellness** - **Scope of work:** Support end-to-end coordination of financial literacy activities, including liaising with HR partners, logistics coordination, creating visuals/EDMs for external communications, preparing decks and presentations for webinars and seminars, and engagement tools for speakers. - Internal operations: Maintain and manage voucher issuance and database, manage weekly internal team reports. - **Event Management** - **Scope of work:** Support coordination and setup of corporate engagements, including event planning, logistics, and client communications. - **B2B strategic projects, B2B partnerships** - **Scope of work:** Supporting research and preparation of client materials or external communications. ### Requirements and Qualifications - Strong attention to detail - Process management and time management - Enjoy working in a start-up (agile) environment - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work streams in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and energy to get things done - Independence and ability to execute; a self-starter - Be passionate about Endowus and our mission (you should open an Endowus account to understand what we do) ### Nice to Have - Prior internships in client-facing roles - Experience planning and managing physical events (any scale) - Basic knowledge of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, and funds - Experience in online trading or digital investment platforms ### Company & Awards Our investors, recognition, licensing: Endowus was founded in 2017 and has raised over US$130 million in funding from investors including UBS, EDBI, Prosus Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Citi Ventures, MUFG Innovation Partners, Singtel Innov8, Samsung Ventures, SBVA, Illuminate Financial, OSK Ventures, Z Venture Capital, and ACF (a joint venture between JLIN LLC and The Wells Investments).
