Business Development Intern - Uber for Business
As a Sales Intern, you will support the Business Development and Account Executive teams in acquiring new customers, onboarding clients and users to the Uber for Business platform, and managing client relationships. This role offers hands-on experience across the sales cycle from lead generation to customer support and provides a strong foundation for a future career in sales or account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of dashboard demos, customer presentations, and sales proposals.
- Help coordinate and track outbound campaigns, events, and prospecting activities.
- Maintain and update CRM tools and databases with accurate sales information.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Implementation Leads to tailor onboarding to client needs and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups on behalf of the sales team.
Basic Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field at a university or in a full-time study.
- Available to work full-time for 3 months or 6 months starting 7 September 2026.
- Holds work authorization in the UK (no visa sponsorship available for internships).
- Language: Native English speaker.
- Graduation Timeline: Available to join a full-time role immediately after the internship ends if an opportunity arises.
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with data; proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL, and able to draw insights from numbers.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo.
