Project Description

Micron’s manufacturing operations are increasingly adopting big data and machine learning to enhance productivity and quality.

Scope

Explore various machine learning and advanced data analytics to transform large-scale manufacturing data—such as particle mapping, ETO/SPC charts, and WIP conditions—into actionable insights for equipment optimization. The goal is to enhance productivity and enable timely machine-level interventions.

Deliverable

Develop an end-to-end data analytics and machine learning solution to optimize equipment performance in manufacturing diffusion by transforming large-scale test and measurement data into actionable insights.
