There is never a dull moment with us. ## Job Description / Preferred Qualifications - Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete crating of tools / products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards. - Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified and recording and communicating inventory levels. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures. - Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise. - Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or managerial duties as requested. - Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time. - Coordinate with CM to perform GR; coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement. - Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment. - Identify and locate the right products during the shipping process. - Record inventory status and ensure deliveries properly match work orders. - Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products. - Practice problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes. - Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays. - Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. - Forklift operation certification required. ## Minimum Qualifications - Requires a minimum of 1–2 years of related experience - Diploma or equivalent _We offer a competitive, family-friendly total rewards package.
