Role Overview
The Consultant Relations Analyst will partner with senior Relationship Managers (RMs), Associates, and other Analysts to support the Consultant Relations team in achieving day-to-day goals of servicing institutional consultants, as well as managing internal administrative tasks and projects. This position provides valuable insights into the Neuberger Berman Institutional Client Group business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Associates on day-to-day servicing tasks to ensure RM goals are met. Tasks may include meeting preparation, organization of team coverage lists, coordination of mass mailing efforts, and coordination of institutional consultants’ requests.
- Assist in creating presentations by gathering product and firm information and assisting with the generation of materials tailored to client/prospect interests.
- Support the team with consultant contact management, including CRM maintenance.
- Assist with the new business pipeline through consultants’ updates and other internal reporting updates.
- Support RMs in the coordination and production of RFPs, liaising with the RFP team and ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Participate in team projects to enhance internal service procedures in accordance with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience; asset management experience preferred.
- Strong undergraduate degree in finance, economics or related disciplines.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented with a desire to work on a wide range of projects.
- Demonstrates integrity and interest in financial markets and investment strategy.
- Ability to work well with individuals at all levels in a high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent presentation, business writing and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Series SIE, 7, 66 and 31 licenses required within the first year of employment.
- Progress toward additional accreditations (e.g., CAIA, CFA, MBA) encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000–$90,000. This range reflects the lowest to highest pay in good faith at the time of posting and may be adjusted. The final compensation will depend on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other eligible benefits.
