As a Customer Service Associate, we’ll count on you to exceed customer expectations through quality and timeliness of service and by providing an excellent experience at the first point of contact. ### Key responsibilities - Responsible for providing a friendly, professional and welcoming experience to assist clients who arrive for meetings - Using your expertise to provide excellent client service to handle a range of banking requests and transactions, including large encashments, foreign exchange and for Safe Custody - Improving processes and procedures to maximise client satisfaction and efficiency ## The skills you’ll need You’ll bring your experience of delivering outstanding customer service, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of working in the financial service industry and delivering to deadlines. You’ll also be able to creatively solve problems while supporting our clients and your team.
