## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Process and review payables and receivables, acting as a checker to ensure payment accuracy, completeness, and compliance before processing; update the relevant accounting systems.
  
- Liaise with the Settlements team for processing trade invoices.
  
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding reconciling items.
  
- Process overhead invoices, employee payroll and claims, and post the corresponding journals.
  
- Manage overhead recharges and liaise with counterparties.
  
- Cover AR/AP team members when required.
  
- Assist with tax and audit matters.
  
- Address audit points and observations.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects.
