Experienced Analyst - Healthcare Advisory (NY)

Position

Evercore seeks to hire an experienced Analyst for its Healthcare Advisory group in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of assignments including acquisition advisory, capital raising, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Contribute to projects across all healthcare subsectors, including life sciences, healthcare services, healthcare tech, and medtech.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings; perform financial modeling; resolve complex accounting issues; conduct industry analysis; assist with due diligence; and support new client development.
• Collaborate in small teams with close interaction with senior client contacts and partners within the firm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of investment banking experience.
• Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas; strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic; enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character.

Compensation

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus delivered in the form of cash and/or deferred equity.
