Posted 2026-06-08; applications close 2026-08-07. **Apply**: https://evercore.tal.net/vx/lang-en-GB/mobile-0/appcentre-1/brand-5/xf-84b9fa45906e/candidate/so/pm/1/pl/3/opp/2663-Experienced-Analyst-Industrials-Advisory/en-GB Posted 1d ago. ## Role details ## Group Description The Industrials Advisory group covers a broad range of large-cap corporate clients and financial sponsors in sectors including aerospace, defense, and government services; automotive; building products; capital goods and machinery; diversified industrials; industrial technology and automation. ## Position Evercore seeks to hire an experienced Analyst for its Industrials Advisory group in New York, NY. ## Responsibilities - Work closely with senior bankers on industry-transforming, multi-billion dollar transactions in markets around the world. - Operate within a small transaction team structure to learn investment banking and assume high levels of responsibility early in the career. - Contribute to a variety of assignments, including buy-side M&A, sell-side M&A, portfolio separations and breakups, balance sheet restructurings, evaluation of strategic alternatives, and assistance in raising debt or equity financing. ## Qualifications - Ambitious, self-directed, creative, and resourceful with a strong interest in a career in investment banking; intellectually curious and eager to learn. - Academically accomplished with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment. - 1–2 years of relevant work experience. - Excellent, team-based attitude with a relentless work ethic and high energy level. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. - Exceptional attention to detail; calm under pressure with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in finance. ## Compensation Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000.
