Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Digital Delivery Specialist to join our busy and exciting Digital Delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as part of a globally distributed Digital Delivery team.
• Manage the end-to-end publishing lifecycle of web content, including uploading, maintenance, optimisation, and quality assurance.
• Design, build, and maintain WordPress pages, ensuring layouts, components, and functionality align with established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Review, update, and optimise existing web content in response to regulatory requirements, technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with UX and design teams to implement user-centred designs and enhance overall website usability and performance.
• Own and manage day-to-day delivery tasks and projects, providing clear status updates, proactively communicating dependencies, and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Support the localisation of content by working with translation tools to deliver accurate, scalable multilingual web experiences.
• Identify, log, and document website bugs or enhancements, liaising with IT and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Apply SEO/GEO best practices and accessibility standards across all web content, acting as a steward for web quality and leveraging tools such as Siteimprove to monitor and drive continuous improvement.

Must Have Skills

• Proficient in HTML and CSS
• Demonstrable experience managing and maintaining public-facing web content
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Siteimprove, and Workfront, or strong workload management and delivery discipline
• Solid understanding of SEO/GEO principles, web usability, accessibility standards, quality assurance, and user experience considerations
• Ability to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of web quality
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders daily
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Well-developed problem-solving skills with practical solutions
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritise competing demands during busy periods

Nice to Have Skills

• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in a large, regulated financial services organization with an enterprise-scale web presence
• Experience managing multiple websites across different markets and languages
• Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or WPML
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
