MSIM aims to deliver outstanding long-term investment performance, client service, and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to governments, institutions, corporations, and individuals globally. ## Program Overview The Off-Cycle Internship provides a glimpse into the culture and atmosphere of the Investment Management Division by taking on responsibilities and functions typically handled by a full-time Analyst for a limited period. The internship offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with a diverse group of experienced professionals. The internship will commence in July 2026 and typically lasts six months, with a potential extension to twelve months, subject to performance. ## Training Program You will receive on-the-job training and work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects. ## Responsibilities - Support reporting and analytics activities - Respond to queries from sales teams - Governance around sales practices - Develop new processes and reports to support the business - Work on registration sites and agendas; maintain registration status updates - Coordinate delivery of presentations with Investment teams and assist with design - Set up webcasts and manage production - Support channel marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and campaign coordination - Coordinate feedback and analytics - Coordinate placeholders for speakers, schedule prep calls, etc. - Coordinate content packaging with Channel - Contribute to ad hoc projects ## Qualifications / Skills / Requirements - Graduated from university or able to commit to a full-time internship for six months if currently studying - Keen interest in the financial markets - Excellent communication skills - Strong academic background and fluency in English as well as the language of the country you are applying for - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across MSIM and the broader organization - Self-starter with the ability to work independently - Driven, highly motivated, and results-focused - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently - Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines ## What You Can Expect from Morgan Stanley At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage, and allocate capital for clients to help them reach their goals.
