The European Real Assets Private Credit team manages approximately $4 billion of investable capital and focuses on investments in European real estate debt across investment grade and value-add strategies. ## Placement & Duration The Off-Cycle Internship offers an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of the Investment Management Division by taking on some responsibilities and functions of a full-time Analyst for a short period. The internship provides a dynamic work environment where you will work alongside a diverse group of experienced professionals. The work is varied and engaging. The internship will commence in August 2026 and typically lasts six months. ## Training Program You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects. ## Responsibilities - Collecting and synthesizing financial and operating information about potential investment opportunities and industries - Creating financial models - Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions - Engaging in all aspects of due diligence and business and asset analysis - Participating in structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments - Drafting presentations and memoranda for a wider audience within the Firm - Asset management of the portfolio loans; actively monitoring existing investments - Building relationships with advisors and sponsors; sourcing new opportunities - Participating in capital raising efforts and managing investor relations - Participating in business development and drafting investor material ## Qualifications / Skills / Requirements - You have graduated from university and can commit to a full-time internship role for six months - Strong academic background - Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
