## Job Description

**Job title:** Leveraged, Acquisition & TMT Finance Americas – Portfolio Management Analyst

**Group/Team:** LATFG – Leveraged, Acquisition & TMT Finance

**Location:** New York, United States

**Contract type:** Permanent

Crédit Agricole CIB’s New York-based Leveraged Finance team originates and executes LBOs with leading private equity funds in North America, as well as financings for leveraged (non-investment grade) corporates, across loans and high-yield bonds. The team also handles event-driven financings (M&A and IPO-related) for Investment Grade clients, and leveraged/structured financing transactions in the TMT sector (including infrastructure-focused deals with tower companies, data centers, fiber optics, GPU financings) with Infrastructure Funds, across North America and Latin America. The team is referred to internally as the “LATFG” team. To support growing volumes, a Portfolio Management (PFM) team is being established, and this analyst position is part of that expansion.

## Responsibilities

-
**Credit monitoring of the loan portfolio**

- Contribute to ongoing credit monitoring for part of the leveraged finance and TMT loan portfolio (about 70 deals): write-ups of annual reviews, credit papers for waivers and amendments, and quarterly write-ups for distressed loans under watch, in coordination with the respective deal/client teams.

- Flag early warning signals of credit deterioration, concerns, or opportunities to the LATFG manager, Portfolio Management Director, and client teams.

- Ensure timely propagation of internal risk rating decisions within internal IT systems.

- Occasionally represent the team in credit and monitoring committees (e.g., NY credit committee, CLF credit committee, CRC) and in committees for underperforming or watchlist loans, underperforming or watch loans.

- Coordinate with CLF Loan Operations to monitor portfolio evolution (amortization, prepayments, secondary trades, etc.).

- Coordinate with CLF Loan Operations and client teams to ensure authorizations in internal systems are accurate and up to date.

- Maintain close coordination with LATFG client teams and interact with clients as needed to clarify credit questions, in coordination with the LATFG client team.

- Review quarterly or annual information provided by clients, participate in lender/investor calls, and relay summaries to the LATFG team and client teams.

- Depending on deal flow, participate in live, new deals as part of the origination deal team.

-
    **Internal and regulatory reporting**

- Collect data and, under the direction of the PFM Director, assist with regular reporting requests from internal stakeholders (HO business line, COO teams, RPC): monthly anomaly reports, monthly LevFin pipeline, quarterly portfolio review files, and a deals database for LBOs.

- Contribute to recurring, ad hoc, and annual audits (NY annual and quarterly Compliance Loan Review, ad hoc NY portfolio reviews, Internal Audit “Inspection Generale,” ad hoc CUSO reviews).

- Assist the team manager and deal teams in maintaining the CLF pipeline tool (“Diamond”).

- Respond to occasional ad hoc information requests as required.

- Assist the LATFG manager with periodic estimates of landing vs. budget and other planning tasks.
