As an intern, you will work on a variety of transactions and assume significant responsibilities. You will participate in origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, supporting cross-border assignments and collaborating with sector teams in Paris and coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America. ## Responsibilities - Assist in the origination and execution of all ECM and M&A transactions across industry sectors. - Prepare pitch book presentations on topics including company valuation, financial analyses, equity and equity-linked alternatives, strategic transactions, and capital allocation. - Support analysts and associates in creating financial models. - Conduct strategic analysis and industry research. - Build company profiles and draft memoranda, proposals, and other written documents. ## What You’ll Do You will work on a wide range of cross-border transactions within the M&A team (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers, leveraged buyouts) for regional and international clients. You will also assist the ECM team in advising, structuring, and executing equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, and share repurchases for major corporations seeking access to public markets. ## Qualifications - Minimal education: High school / secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB. - Penultimate year of undergraduate studies, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. - Strong analytical and financial skills; advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Languages: English. ## Requirements - You are eligible to work in the United States. - You will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (this includes OPT, F-1 visa, etc.). ## About Credit Agricole CIB Credit Agricole CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Credit Agricole group, the 10th largest banking group worldwide by balance sheet size.
