## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and designers to create services for the public sector.
  
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
- Work across frontend and backend to develop solutions focused on the distribution of physical and virtual goods.
  
- Iterate and collaborate closely with team members to craft elegant solutions.
  
- Deliver high-quality, secure, maintainable, and testable code.
  
- Contribute independently and make an impact within the team.
  
- Build and maintain high-performance, secure APIs accessible through mobile applications, web portals, and partner services.
  
- Develop user experiences for citizens, partners, and team members.
  
- Maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to deliver value iteratively.
  
- Monitor the health of deployed services and provide L2 and L3 support when disruptions occur.

## Requirements

  
- Enjoy collaborating closely with a passionate, high-performing team.
  
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
- Enjoy coming up with multiple solutions to a wide range of technical problems.
  
- Have a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns.
  
- Emphasize testing across the entire stack, including unit, integration, and E2E (end-to-end) testing.
  
- Have experience with JavaScript and backend languages, preferably TypeScript and Go (both are used across products and systems).
  
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) and lead tracks when required.
  
- Have good communication skills.
  
- Experience with containers or AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a bonus.
