The role involves supporting junior and senior team members in developing debt solutions for clients (notably via bond buybacks and bond amendments), assisting with client materials, supporting deal execution, and gradually taking on independent deal execution responsibilities. ## Responsibilities - Support senior product and coverage colleagues in developing debt solutions for clients, particularly via bond buybacks and bond amendments. - Assist with preparing client materials with input from senior product bankers. - Support deal execution by producing marketing materials, reviewing deal documentation, and adhering to internal Global Banking deal protocols. - Track and maintain deal libraries and knowledge repositories for the desk. - Gradually take on a more independent role in deal executions and take ownership of specific client situations. - Generate trade ideas for the desk. ## Join us At UBS, our people with diverse skills, experiences, and backgrounds drive our ongoing success.
