We are seeking someone with a strong intellectual curiosity, a passion for equity markets, high organization and attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under high-pressure situations with the appropriate degree of urgency. ## Job Responsibilities - Supporting senior equity salespeople, attending corporate management IPO and follow-on presentations, backup coverage of existing equity relationships - Navigating products effectively across a broad range of clients (asset managers, insurance accounts, pension funds, banks, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, etc.) along with idea generation and market insight - Bringing a collaborative approach by working with our business partners in trading, research, banking, and syndicate to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform ## Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Experience in sales - Hard-working and self-motivated team player; works well in small groups and collaborates with partners in Research, Trading, and Capital Markets - Critical thinker with the goal of helping motivate stock idea generations and themes for clients - Understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure - Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation - Proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint ## Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Series 7 & 63 license preferred but not required initially; candidate is expected to complete these licenses if not already held ## About JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
