Typically performs one or more of the following as directed and/or independently: - Provides oversight and guidance of operational activities to ensure productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet daily targets and operational goals — cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment plan. - Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes. - Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH used in the tools capacity modeling. - Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements. - Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supports Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. - Works on and collaborates on other projects and/or assignments as needed. ## Career Level Context See description for career level for general proficiency levels pertaining to Job Complexity, Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
