## Role details

**This is a 6-month, part-time role (16 hours per week) via an agency.**

## Hiring & Recruitment

  
- Play an active role in trainee and early career hiring, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to offer coordination
  
- Deliver a high quality, professional candidate experience that reflects the firm’s employer brand

## Talent Mapping & Market Insight

  
- Research talent markets and support the development of candidate pipelines for target roles
  
- Contribute insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies

## Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  
- Work closely with onsite and offshore recruitment partners to support efficient and aligned hiring outcomes
  
- Recruitment Governance
  
- Apply recruitment policies, procedures, and data privacy standards consistently across hiring activities

## Employer Branding & Projects

  
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus programs, and recruitment events
  
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements as opportunities arise
