The successful candidate is required to report to the Manager and provide professional advice to clients in the area of property management for the Firm's managed buildings. ## Responsibilities - Administer a portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings - Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients and tenants - Act as the company’s representative to handle inquiries from clients and tenants ## Qualifications - Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline - 1 year of relevant experience in a sizable property management company - Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances - Excellent client relationship management - Initiative and the ability to work independently - Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is a definite advantage ## Location Remote – Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
