Non-Inventory Receiver, IAG1 - AR

Job Title: Non-Inventory Receivers - Amazon Fulfillment Center

The Amazon procurement team is seeking detail-oriented Non-Inventory Receivers to join our expanding operations team at Amazon Fulfillment Centers. This role focuses on driving Non-Inventory material movement in support of operational needs, guided by data and metric performance. The position involves ensuring consumable packaging inventory accuracy, unloading trucks in direct support of Operations packaging, managing consumable movement within the facility, and maintaining a safe environment for the site.

Compensation & Bonus

IAG1 is Launch Bonus Eligible. The bonus is $10,000 pre-tax.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site. This is determined by the distance from the candidate’s home site to the launch site.
• Has not received another launch bonus within the current calendar year.
• Hired within 30 days of first receipt (FR).

Bonus Payout & Repayment

Collection of Funds: When a candidate accepts an offer with a bonus, it will be automatically paid out 3 weeks prior to their start date.

There are certain situations in which the employee would need to pay back the launch bonus. In all cases the bonus will be prorated based on the time in service at the new launch site. These scenarios include:

• If the candidate leaves Amazon voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the launch bonus.
• If the candidate is demoted from the role voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the bonus.
• If the candidate fails to start at the new site.
• If the candidate chooses to laterally transfer to another site within 6 months of the launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Procurement Manager to manage Non-Inventory items flow through the building.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT).
• Conduct daily inventory counts.
• Unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Organize and distribute packaging materials in designated areas.
• Process web requisitions in Coupa system and distribute to requesters.
• Conduct daily trailer audits.
• Research missing Non-Inventory shipments.
• Assist with Invoice Hold Resolutions.
• Maintain safety standards in the department.
• Support Site Procurement Manager in achieving Monthly Performance results.

Role Requirements

For this role, you will need to be:

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift selected. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
