You will collaborate with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries, while gaining training, mentoring, and access to senior leaders. ## What You Can Expect The program is non-rotational, providing you with an opportunity to develop solid relationships with your desk and team, and to engage in real-time projects. Be prepared to be flexible, learn quickly, and act on your judgments. You will receive support from dedicated junior and senior staff to help you integrate into your team and to answer any questions throughout the summer. ## Program Details - The nine-week internship runs from June to August 2027 (exact dates to be confirmed). - You will join hands-on projects and gain exposure to a broad range of asset classes and investment professionals across the firm. - This program serves as a pipeline for future graduate opportunities; high performers may receive full-time offers. ## Teams You May Be Placed In You may be placed in one of the below teams for your nine-week Summer Internship, subject to business needs: - **Alternatives:** JPMAM alternatives platform spanning real estate, real assets, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and liquid alternatives. - **Equities:** Broad range of equity investment strategies with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders. - **Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs):** Deliver JPMAM US and UCITS ETFs to clients in the Asia Pacific region and help build local ETF platforms in select markets. - **Distribution Channels:** Assist with client sales and retention while gaining exposure to asset classes and investment professionals across the firm. - **Market Insights:** Provide clients and advisors with knowledge and investment education using resources like the Guide to the Markets. - **Multi-Asset Solutions:** Develop portfolio solutions through capital markets investing, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management. - **Product Strategy:** Shape and position JPMAM’s product range across all asset classes, working with product and sales teams. - **Sustainable Investing:** Develop ESG research and thought leadership in partnership with global investment and distribution teams. ## Job Responsibilities - Assist with client sales and retention or investment specialist teams while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals. - Conduct market research and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis in collaboration with strategists and investment specialist teams. - Contribute to real-time projects and learn about asset allocation strategies and investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies. - Support the team with data gathering, analysis, and documentation to inform investment decisions and client discussions. - Develop relationships within your desk/team and participate in learning and networking opportunities. ## Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - A strong interest in finance and asset management; logical thinking, quantitative skills, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure in a collaborative environment. - A well-rounded academic background; numeracy is important.
