Our long-term outlook, institutional weight and global breadth provide our clients with a stable and reliable financial partner, whether in Corporate or Personal Banking or our Trade Services, Commodities, Financial Institutions and Global Markets lines of business. ### Overview The Treasury Associate is responsible for reporting ALCO financials and regulatory RMB, the Bank's internal FTP and external product pricing. The associate also assists in administering and maintaining efficient working relationships with internal and external customers, auditors and regulatory examiners in various inter-departmental and bank-wide projects; supports and coordinates with all Assets and Liabilities Management Committee (ALCO) member departments to ensure regulatory and internal compliance under ALCO governance. ### Responsibilities - Asset and Liability reporting & analysis - Monitor and optimize pricing mechanisms (internal and external); support deposit pricing to be competitive and reasonable - Report pricing exceptions based on internal thresholds and monitor application; conduct product pricing review and analysis of transactions - Review and update product pricing policies and procedures to reflect regulatory requirements, market environment and business needs - Conduct product pricing reviews and analyses to incentivize current deposit balances and assist FLUs with pricing adjustment proposals - Report cross-border RMB account balances to regulators - Report significant business and financial changes, adverse matters and key performance drivers - Prepare ALCO packages and key information reports for senior management - Report Head Office reports and ad hoc reports related to product pricing or assets and liabilities management - Ensure department processes are well documented and conduct annual policy and procedures reviews - Participate in internal audits and external examinations; facilitate relevant requests - Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned - Identify existing process deficiencies and lead efforts to enhance reporting procedures, documentation and business processes - Act as backup for the team leader ### Compliance review and coordination projects, audits and exams - As Vendor Service Manager in TRY, perform due diligence to review and maintain third-party vendor activities in accordance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements - Review operational risk profile to ensure quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance - Assist in remediation of audit issues and risk management recommendations to ensure timely completion of actions ### ALCO Secretariat and Internal Service - Perform liaison functions for ALCO committee members and relevant business departments in committee activities - Support ALCO Secretariat and other administrative functions ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, computer science, economics, mathematics or related fields; Master’s Degree is preferred - Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in finance and risk management - Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements ### Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
