This individual will provide administrative support and assist in creative servicing related to marketing and creative advertising materials, including in-theater and online trailers, TV spots, radio spots, and all static/print materials. This role will support both the Theatrical Creative Services Lead and the Senior Marketing Manager. As a Coordinator, you will be an important contributor to the team, expected to handle multiple requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision. The ability to manage shifting priorities effectively is essential. Being part of the broader organization's admin team involves learning and staying current with cross-team business objectives, and contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of policies, procedures, standards, and services that benefit the entire organization. ## Key Responsibilities - Admin Support: Manage complex calendars and scheduling, travel coordination, and expense report submissions. Organize, execute, and assist with team meetings and agenda preparation. Schedule audio mixes and color sessions for trailers, TV spots, and static printing. Manage the budget for all finishing material services and process invoices. - Asset Management: Assist in managing a digital asset management system and workflow that services lifecycle marketing requests (theatrical, PVOD, EST, SVOD, MGM+). Aid in localizing assets for multiple territories for day-and-date global marketing releases, including graphics, subtitling, and dubbing as needed. Manage footage to be trafficked to external post vendors, dubbing studios, and agencies. Submit all advertising material for legal clearances. Pull clips for publicity and social use and release final files in varying codecs. - Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with post houses and creative vendors to ensure all information and feedback are provided. Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders. Deliver final files to internal and external partners as necessary. ## Qualifications ### Basic Qualifications - Experience working in or with creative services - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities ## Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company - Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio - Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post-production - Experience managing external vendors, distributors, partners, or learning providers - Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders - Proficient in spoken and written English (CEFR C1) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
