Discover opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines. ## Responsibilities The intern will support the Investment and Asset Management teams and gain broad exposure to real estate investment and development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Evaluation of new business/investments including underwriting, research, and due diligence - Providing research, analytical, and execution support for new business and investments - Preparation of investment materials for investor outreach and investment committee approval - Support the team in asset management of existing properties, including leasing, capital projects, tenant relations, and investor relations - Perform Excel-based data entry, reporting, and basic analysis - Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required ## Qualifications **Minimum Requirements:** - Strong interest in the real estate industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and trends - Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude - Strong communication, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skills - Preference is for at least 6 months of commitment ## Closing At Hines, we strive for excellence as a leading global real estate investment manager, driven by the belief that real estate is fundamentally about people.
