## Job Summary

  
- Perform settlement function for both physical shares deposit registration and CCASS Settlement Instructions (SIs).
  
- Prepare interchange of stock code input form for share consolidation, subdivision and generate the Excel file to cancel the CBBC/derivative warrant expiration in SMS.
  
- Consolidate customers’ instruction forms and update the SMS system accordingly.
  
- Handle Deceased Account assets based on probate.
  
- Prepare documents for IPO applications and refunds.
  
- Stock reconciliation between bank and CCASS + SB.
  
- Assist in conducting UATs for system enhancements and departmental projects.

## Requirements

  
- Degree holder in any discipline(es) / Higher Diploma.
  
- At least 1–2 years of experience in securities operations related to share settlement and corporate actions.
  
- Sufficient market knowledge in the HK market is preferred.
  
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
