Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients, and investors? You’ll work on a wide range of public and private transactions across the various sectors and products that we cover, with the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the investment banking business as a whole. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including helping them craft their marketing stories, understanding their obligations as listed companies, enhancing value for and growing their shareholder bases, raising capital, amongst others. ## Your expertise - Ideally you have 1–2 years of working experience in finance or a related industry, with capital markets or mergers & acquisitions transaction execution experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, law, or a related field - Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly - Adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas - Driven and creative with exemplary integrity - Fluent in English; an additional Asian language to support the local client base is preferred ## About us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
