You’ll contribute creative input for product launches and in-store visuals while assisting with documentation and reporting for merchandising projects. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming, design, and retail innovation. ### 1. Event Visual & Creative Support - Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnership events and campaigns display setup. - Support Visual Merchandising team to develop creative assets and graphics layout for store events, campaigns, and partnerships. ### 2. New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution - Contribute ideas and perspectives for NPIs, in-store displays, and window visuals to enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute campaigns and product launches effectively. - Manage and plan VM execution based on store needs and limitations. ### 3. In-store Promotional Assets Development - Design promotional materials to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials. - Prepare visuals for various formats. ### 4. Visual Merchandising Support - Source and procure visual merchandising tools and materials as needed. - Review monthly VM reports to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent standards. ### 5. Administrative Tasks - Assist in creating documentation, guidelines, and reports for merchandising projects to ensure consistency and efficient execution. ## Pre-Requisites - Efficient in computer-aided 2D drawings and 3D visualization. - Ability to read floorplans and construction drawings. - Strong eye for aesthetics, details, graphic design, materials, and space. - Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Excel, AutoCAD, V-Ray or 3D software of choice. - Fresh graduates or current students pursuing further studies in design or industrial design. - Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months for optimal learning exposure.
