The role will assist in developing customer marketing campaigns, with a focus on email, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ## Responsibilities - Assist with planning and execution of multi-channel customer communications, including campaigns such as tax year end (TYE). - Ensure all assets are signed off by compliance and key stakeholders and captured for audit purposes. - Write clear and concise marketing briefs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Data) to deliver best-in-class email content. - Work closely with the CRM and Strategy & Insights teams to deliver timely results. - Support the business in achieving regulatory requirements, including consumer duty, to deliver good outcomes for retail customers. ## What you’ll bring - 1+ years’ experience in customer marketing. - Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. - Knowledge of email marketing. - Good organisational skills. - Creativity and curiosity. - Data-driven with a test-and-learn mindset. - Analytical ability to interpret data and insights. ## About AJ Bell AJ Bell is one of the UK’s fastest-growing investment platform businesses, providing award-winning solutions for professionals and first-time investors.
