## Position

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a **Specialist, Investment Services**.

## In this role you will

  
- Document management – disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents, file and document management
  
- Data processing – data entry, basic data analysis
  
- Record administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources
  
- Co-ordination – coordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
  
- Research – carrying out non-specialist research
  
- Control – gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
  
- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business or geographic area aims
  
- Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning

## To be successful you will need

  
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  
- Minimum 1 year of experience with a financial services company with focus on client engagement and investment/product advisory
  
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus to deliver high standards and drive business growth
  
- Strong communicator and problem solver with the ability to multi-task and deliver exceptional service independently
  
- Dynamic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders
