Learn more about our benefits. ## Key Responsibilities - Initiate requisitions and route for approvals - Develop recruiting strategies on approved requisitions - Post jobs internally and externally (Internal website & Job Boards) - Source candidates through different channels (Internal referrals, headhunting, internet recruiting) - Screen candidates (preliminary interviews) - Send candidates to Hiring Managers for review and take follow-up actions on interviews - Follow up with Hiring Managers on feedback from interviews - Formulate offer packages and manage approval, offer presentation, and negotiation process ## Functional Knowledge - Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline ## Business Expertise - Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience ## Leadership - No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution ## Problem Solving - Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments ## Impact - Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines ## Interpersonal Skills - Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding ## Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Travel: Not specified Relocation Eligible: No Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
