## Role details

## Overview

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Operations Assistant**.

## Responsibilities

  
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier services
  
- Support document printing, scanning and photocopying
  
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  
- Ensure common areas, meeting rooms and pantries are tidy and well-stocked (e.g. replacing distilled water dispensers and pantry supplies, tidying up meeting rooms after meetings, cleaning pantry equipment and utensils)
  
- Run errands such as visiting the post office and the delivery and collection of documents at various sites
  
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and postman and assist with inquiries
  
- Perform data entry, organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  
- Provide general support to staff and management as needed

## Requirements

  
- Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent
  
- Strong organization skills and the capacity to work effectively both independently and under pressure
  
- Self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and works well in a team
  
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese. Good written English will be an advantage
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
