**Position:** Off-cycle Intern – Financial Sponsors Coverage Group (London), 6 months

## Responsibilities

  
- Work with experienced senior coverage officers to provide business unit analytics and coverage officer support on client initiatives.
  
- Support coverage officer activities by coordinating potential buyers lists and details for advisory pitches, maintaining data, attending internal and external meetings, and preparing ad hoc reports, analyses, and marketing materials.
  
- Collaborate with M&A sector and restructuring deal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  
- Contribute to a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment that provides meaningful exposure to senior-level professionals.

- Strong academic track record
  
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical abilities
  
- Demonstrated interest in financial sponsors and credit hedge funds
  
- Self-motivation and the ability to work cooperatively with all staff levels in a fast-paced, demanding, but rewarding environment
  
- Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
  
- Strong Excel modelling skills, including LBO and DCF
  
- Exceptional work ethic
