You’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of event management—from logistics to marketing—in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help amplify our brand presence and boost user engagement. ### Responsibilities - Assist in organizing online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, and community events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. - Develop engaging content to promote events across channels (social media, emails, and the Moomoo platform) aligned with brand messaging. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns promoting events using email marketing, social media, and in-app notifications. - Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure all logistical elements are in place for seamless event execution. - Support community-driven events, such as corporate initiatives, aimed at growing and engaging Moomoo’s user base. - Gather event-related data and feedback, assisting in post-event reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas. - Stay up-to-date with the latest event marketing trends and contribute ideas for innovative formats and experiences.
