## Role details

## Role

As a member of the Chelsea SW10 Residential office, you will represent the firm’s brand and act as a first point of contact for clients. In addition, there will be administrative duties to support the team. The role is predominantly on Saturdays only, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

## Key Deliverables

  
- Answering the phone and speaking with clients who visit the branch
  
- Registering applicants
  
- Any other ad hoc duties required

## Person Specification

  
- Similar experience is not essential but would be preferred
  
- Experience in a customer-facing role in an environment offering excellent service to high-end clientele
  
- Professional approach and trustworthy
  
- Excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and in person
  
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
  
- Good organisational and coordination skills
