## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

### Responsibilities

  
- Assist in operationalizing the Technology Policies, such as Policy Management, Communication, and Deviation Management.
  
- Assist in Technology Risk Management, including Cloud Assessment and Project Risk Management.
  
- Assist in the IT Compliance process, such as Audit Finding Analysis and Compliance Control Program.
  
- Assist in implementing various automation initiatives for current processes, such as chatbot, e-checklist, etc.

### Learning Outcomes

  
- IT/Data Policy management, such as creating, implementing, and maintaining policies within the organization.
  
- Providing insights and recommendations on risk management to the operations team.
  
- Working in partnership with business teams and portfolio managers to identify opportunities to source and utilize data that can drive growth and productivity.

## Job Requirements

  
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in IT/Information Security/Business IT/Computer Science & Business/Computer Engineering & Business.
  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
- Knowledge of international security standards such as ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and OWASP will be advantageous.
  
- Proficient in MS productivity tools, including SharePoint Online.
  
- Problem-solving aptitude.
  
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI).
  
- Knowledge of SQL and Python/R.
  
- Understanding of data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake).
