The bank reported substantial deposits and assets as of December 31, 2025, and maintains a broad commercial banking business. The Structured Products Group structures, arranges, and distributes ABS and CLO transactions to institutional investors, collaborating with clients across Capital One's bank, primarily within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG). The FIG client base operates across asset classes in the consumer and commercial sectors, including ABS, MM CLOs, and CRE CLOs. This role reports to the Head of Structured Products within Capital One’s Capital Markets Financing Group (CM) and will be a member of the Structured Products team, driving new business opportunities. ### Responsibilities - Provide support to capital markets bankers to help win lead and co-manager ABS and CLO mandates - Support the execution and closing of ABS and/or CLO transactions - Manage deal processes - Engage with rating agencies, accounting firms, and legal counsel - Negotiate key deal terms - Run investor calls and meetings - Assist deal sponsorship internally - Prepare key transaction materials - Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks or pitch materials for client discussions - Provide research and development efforts as the group expands into new products and asset classes within structured products - Coordinate ABS and CLO activities with the internal sales team to ensure proper investor messaging - Assist due diligence sessions for ABS and CLO issuers - Engage in special projects to support new business generation - Maintain successful relationships and interactions with partner groups such as Operations, Credit, Counterparty, Market Risk, Technology, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Legal ### Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or military experience ### Preferred Qualifications - At least 1 year of structured product or banking experience _At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position._ ### Location & Salary New York, NY: $110,000 – $130,000 for Analyst, Structured Products. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location; the actual annualized salary offered will be reflected in the offer letter. The role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
