## Overview

Join UBS’s 2026 Singapore University and Polytechnic Employability and Readiness Program (UBS-SUPER Program). We are seeking ambitious university and polytechnic graduates to join one of our business divisions—Global Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Bank—or Group Functions such as Human Resources or Risk Control. This is a 12-month work-learning program designed to prepare you for a successful career in finance, combining on-the-job experience, industry-specific training, and mentoring.

## Our team

Based in Singapore, you’ll work closely with team members in various areas and potentially with colleagues across APAC. It’s an opportunity to be part of a team, work with our experts, and learn about the industry, our clients, and the firm. You’ll have ample chances to develop new skills and make new contacts.

## What we’re looking for

  
- Graduates from a university or polytechnic within the past 18 months, or a polytechnic graduate who completed mandatory National Service with your Operationally Ready Date within the past 18 months
  
- Must be able to join by September 2026 and be a Singapore citizen
  
- Values aligned with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
  
- Strategic (and creative) thinker with strong communication skills
  
- Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
