## Responsibilities

  
- Support the continuous enhancement of chatbot systems by uploading, maintaining, and optimizing data
  
- Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting inconsistencies in chatbot knowledge base
  
- Analyze historical case data to refine categorization, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights
  
- Assist in maintaining and improving SOP documentation in collaboration with senior team members
  
- Contribute to process efficiency by developing simple automation solutions through basic programming

## Qualifications

  
- Experience in data analysis
  
- Experience in AI / Machine Learning
  
- Basic knowledge of wealth products
  
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  
- Analytical mind with the ability to think strategically
  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
- Team player
