## Role Overview

**What would you be doing?**

  
- Conduct industry, (implied) ratings profiles, and peer group analysis
  
- Prepare client pitch books
  
- Assist in financial analysis and contribute to credit applications for leveraged or structured financing transactions
  
- Assist and analyze due diligence information and review transaction documentation
  
- Contribute to execution across all aforementioned transactions and/or products
  
- Engage with other departments/disciplines, such as Corporate Sector Lending, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Syndications, Financial Markets, etc.

## What qualities and skills are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate individual who meets the following criteria:

## Qualification background

  
- Candidates from Banking, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or relevant disciplines
  
- Good academic grades
  
- Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin due to a large client base in Greater China
  
- Relevant experience in corporate banking and finance roles, or from accounting firms, would be an added advantage
  
- Possess legal right to work in Hong Kong
